This Module aims to equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence to maintain, food preparation areas and kitchen equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Leaners will also prepare, cook and serve a range of breakfast and lunch dishes.
Kitchen Skills & Short Order Cooking
Learners may progress to other Level 4 or Level 5 Modules in Hospitality.
There is no fee for this course.
