Business: Advanced Certificate in Business WITH ACCOUNTING (QQI Level 6)
This full-time one-year programme is designed to enable successful learners to gain an in-depth understanding of the role and function of business management and accounting within different business environments, and provide learners with the knowledge, skills and competency to prepare financial statements for a range of organisations both manually and using integrated accounting software. On successful completion, learners will develop knowledge and critical evaluation skills in the application of business management, bookkeeping and accounting to real life scenarios. The programme may also enhance opportunities in securing an apprenticeship in the area of Financial Services, Accounting Technician or Services Associate.

€80 QQI Level 6 Certification Fee.
Medical Card holders or those in receipt of a Social Welfare payment are exempt from this Certification Fee.
VTOS: If you are over 21 years of age, are unemployed and have been getting certain social welfare payments for at least 6 months you can apply for the Vocational Training and Opportunities Scheme (VTOS). Successful applicants can receive a VTOS payment for the duration of the course, instead of their social welfare payment. Small meal and travel allowances may also apply.
