Course Description
This course is for anyone who would like an opportunity to develop practical skills within the hospitality industry. The learner will also be introduced to a broad spectrum of areas relating to working in a professional environment.

Bread, Pastry & Desserts | Breakfast Cookery | Culinary Operations
Progression
Learners may progress to QQI Level 4 Cookery course.
Fee
Materials fee to be confirmed.
Frequency
Every Thursday from 1pm to 4pm
Bread, Pastry & Desserts: Thursday September 14th, 2023 until May 2024
Culinary Operations: Nov. 30th, 2023 to May 2024
Breakfast Cookery: Will commence in 2024.
